Return Policy: In the event of damage to the parcel en route to you, or a factory fault in the product, you may return the parcel up to 14 days since delivery.

The item must be ideally unopened and returned in it's original packaging. Photographic evidence of the damage or fault may be required.

Once the return has been successfully delivered, an inspection and assessment will take place before a refund is considered.

Returns and refunds are not available for changes of mind, damage done by the customer, loss by the customer, or any other reason not related to those listed in paragraph 1.
